Curtiss Mansion, Inc. (CMI), a duly registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, all-volunteer Florida corporation, was established in 1998, and
entered into a contract with the City of Miami Springs to raise funds to restore the Curtiss Mansion and then to manage the
rehabilitation of the structure. In 2011, CMI entered the second phase of the contract with the City and is now tasked with continued
fundraising efforts, maintenance and operations of the Mansion.
